e4f.incubator is a dedicated programme to help the next generation of  tech startups deliver commercial success. The programme is run by Birmingham Science Park Aston (BSPA) and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

The programme provides:

1-      Desk/office space
2-      Office infrastructure (phones, internet)
3-      Networking & Events (20 + a year)
4-      Specialist support (Legal, Finance, HR etc.)
5-      Mentoring
6-      Access to finance (grants, loans, investment)
7-      Access to people resources (interns, graduates, University support)
8-      Free stuff from our Technology Sponsors

Criteria

Your business must fit the following criteria to be eligible to apply for a place in the incubator:

* Must be a start-up (less than 1 year old or not started yet)
* Must be a Ltd company (or capable of becoming one)
* Applicant must live in the West Midlands (or be willing to re-locate), and be able to be in the incubator on a regular basis
* Business idea must be innovative
* Business must be in one of the following sectors:

Digital Media, Gaming, ICT

Your business idea must be innovative and different to what’s currently available on the market.

The first 6 months of the e4f programme is publically funded and therefore all support is free of charge. After this period, you are committed to a further six months in the incubator, which is charged at £99/month excluding VAT.

Process

1. Complete and submit the application form (…here)
2. You are then invited to pitch your business to the panel
3. If succesful you are offered a space in the incubator
4. You sign the paperwork
5. You take your place in the incubator and the “Entrepreneurial Magic” begins
